The farm Le Campagnole (the countrygirls) is conducted by Romano Marchesini, by his wife Paula, and daughter Alice. It covers an area of 23 hectares. The business activities are cattle, viticulture and olive growing, production of extra virgin olive oil and wine.
The house stands where the farmhouse was built at the end of 1800. Since the beginning of '900 is the Marchesini family residence, bought by great-grandfather of Romano, Luigi Marchesini, founder and first farm builder. It has been for years the home of the family, the fundamental core of agricultural activity.
This cottage has also been a point of reference during the 2nd World War, witnessed by the commemorative stone plaque placed on the main facade.
Paola Romano and have refurbished the cottage retaining and reusing as much as possible the original materials of construction first, while giving the farm the latest technology for a philosophy of energy saving and environmentally friendly.
With this style, Romano, Paola and Alice wish you to enjoy your stay.
